I remember when I first heard The Band in the early 70's. I kept thinking, "What's the name of their band"?
We played their music at parties, listened to it in cars on tape decks.
I remember watching The Last Waltz when the movie came out.
The Last Waltz is IMO the greatest rock 'n roll live recording of all-time. Robbie's solo record How to Become Clairvoyant is a favorite.
